A growing list of things I've built — for clients, for myself, for the internet. Each one's an example of what happens when AI gets pointed at a real problem.
Co-founded an AI automations & marketing agency for 6-figure brands. Custom automations, marketing systems, AI builds. Built the brand, sales motion, and client delivery from zero.
An AI auto-poster I started building in January 2026 for TikTok. You spend 4–5 days warming up a fresh account like a real user — watching content, following, commenting, liking — then connect it to the bot. From there you pick the language, the type of account (personal brand / theme page / business), the topics it should cover, and an optional CTA that gets appended to every post. The bot takes over, posts daily, and builds a real audience of real people. Once an account has grown you keep running it or sell it on as a built audience. I've used the method to grow 40K+ followers across multiple accounts in 1–2 months; currently running 12 accounts across 8 languages and 12 niches, each one promoting a product.
Built for an online library that rescues out-of-print books — they scan old titles, buy the copyright, and republish them. The problem: their skilled people were stuck spending 10–15 hours translating each book by hand instead of running the rest of the business. So I built a pipeline that takes the scan in one end and pushes out a translated, formatted, reviewed book on the other. Human review dropped from a full day to under an hour, and 99% of the work runs without anyone touching it. Cost per book now sits around €20 in tokens plus that final hour of approval.
A client's contracts were scattered across an old accounting system — unsorted, hard to find, and half the ones that came in by email were opened once and never properly saved. I built a two-part system: every incoming contract gets read, classified, and pushed into a private database; everything then surfaces in a dashboard with monthly cash in/out, reminders before any contract expires, and a heads-up channel for larger scheduled debits. Their accountant pulls reports straight from it. Works across every contract type, not just one.
More projects land here as they go live. Each one will open in-page (no extra clicks) once the detail popups are wired up.
