Peer Jülich · in motion

AI that quietly does the work.

I'm Peer. 18 years old, based in Hamburg, running Mango Studio with one other person. Most of what we build is invisible — it runs inside someone else's business and handles work their team used to do by hand. Every week I write about what we're building and how.

Multi-business automation

Michaelshof Sammatz

Michaelshof Sammatz laptop mockup showing the online shop dashboard.

A community in rural Niedersachsen running four businesses off one campus. Before we came in, their team was spending hours every week on things that didn't need a human involved. We built the systems that replaced that work and none of the four businesses have touched them since.

Full marketing operations

Juan Valdez

Juan Valdez NZ laptop mockup showing the franchise marketing dashboard.

The Juan Valdez franchise in New Zealand runs their entire marketing on what we built: ads, newsletter, short-form content, and their growth channel runs without anyone managing it. None of it looks like it came from a tool.

Paid ads

Ads that don't look generated

Variant creative shipped weekly. Tested, retired, rebuilt. The metric we care about is CAC, not impressions.

Newsletter

A weekly broadcast their list actually reads

Personalised by city and store, drafted by AI, edited by a human. Open rates stayed in growth-stage territory.

Short-form

TikTok and Reels at a pace humans can't match

30+ scripted shorts a month per franchise. Voiced and edited with a workflow that scales without losing voice.

YourWeb NZ

YourWeb NZ laptop mockup showing the agency content dashboard.

YourWeb builds websites for New Zealand businesses and needed a content operation that wouldn't pull their team away from client work. We built it and it runs without them.

Content engine

Always-on production

A scripted, voiced, edited short-form pipeline that ships consistent volume without anyone owning it as a day-job.

Quarterly content audits

Hooks, themes and CTAs reviewed each quarter against engagement data, then re-pointed at the strongest signal.

Viral Carousel Bot

A 12-account, 8-language TikTok auto-poster that grew to 45K followers and 7.5M+ views in three weeks. Started as a manual carousel generator in January, now runs on its own and pays for itself every month.

Customers warm an account up by hand for four or five days, then connect it to the auto-poster, set language, niche, tone and CTA. The system researches what's hitting, writes the posts, and ships them on schedule — about 80 carousels a day across our own 12 accounts.

There's a dashboard for content management, analytics, posting cadence, and switching between TikTok and Telegram delivery. The first version shipped in days, broke a few times, and got rebuilt around what real commercial users actually wanted.

Built with Jesus Agamez, Mango's creative director (120K+ TikTok). His scripting is why these posts convert — bots can post at volume, only humans make people feel something. We use his voice on our own marketing carousels to sell more subscriptions.

ManyChat DM funnel

Comment a keyword on a viral video, get an automated DM that sorts you into the right path — learner or business owner — without me ever typing a word. One viral video handled 2,000+ leads on its own.

ManyChat watches our Instagram posts for keyword comments. When someone drops 'AI' under a video, they get an automated DM with a couple qualifying questions — learner or business owner, what they actually want, where they're at.

Learners get pushed to the community waitlist signup. Business owners get pulled into a deeper qualifying flow and end up booking a discovery call. 15% of leads from that one viral video signed up to the waitlist; a handful of business owners booked calls.

It only works because the creative team can ship 130+ videos in under 48 hours. Volume + the right hook is what gets you 17K followers in two weeks on a personal brand account.

TikTok Ghost Method

A €9.99 lifetime course teaching faceless TikTok content — the predecessor to the Viral Carousel Bot. Five modules, plug-and-play templates, no camera required. Sold quietly, taught the methodology that later got automated.

First post

Before the Viral Carousel Bot existed, this is what the playbook looked like as a self-serve product. Faceless. Fast. Profitable. Five modules covering niche selection, hook writing, B-roll sourcing, monetization setup, and editing — plus templates, scripts, and the kind of checklists that get someone publishing in 72 hours.

It worked. Creators set up monetization the same day, hit 12K views by their third post, published three videos in a weekend. The course had a 72-hour guarantee: ship your first videos in three days or get personal email help.

I stopped actively selling it once Mango Studio got busy with client work and the auto-poster started doing what the course had been teaching people to do manually. But the lessons are still the foundation of how we run viral content — for clients and for ourselves.

How I work

Three rules I don't break.

Peer Jülich holding a microphone.
01

Ship the thing, learn from the thing

Every project on this page started as 'I wonder if this is possible'. Translate a scanned book? Try it. Grow a TikTok without ever logging in? Try it. Build, run, watch it work, then refine. The first version is always wrong in some specific way — but you only learn the way it's wrong by shipping it.

02

AI without the slop

Use AI where it earns its keep: translation, classification, repetitive ops, first drafts. Keep the taste and the judgment human. The reason Juan Valdez's marketing doesn't look generated is that the hooks get written by a person, the AI writes the variants, and someone catches the bad ones before they go out. Volume and quality are not opposites if you split them properly.

03

Help the people who don't work at OpenAI

The biggest gains from AI aren't going to AI labs. They're for the bookkeeper in a community in Niedersachsen who used to spend Tuesdays scanning, and the agency owner in New Zealand who couldn't keep up with social. That's where every system on this page is pointed — and where the community I'm building leads.
